Phase 1: Emotional Mastery

First we clear the body through our S.H.I.F.T. method where you learn how to shift your emotions and energy to release old emotions and programs from deep within your body.  Learn the somatic healing practices to create lasting  inner safety so you can consistently step into more ease, joy, and success. Phase 3: Sensual Reclamation
