Day 1 | ARRIVE
- Arrive in Costa Rica at SJO airport and enjoy a private flight to the landing strip near Imiloa. You will meet the rest of your retreat sisters and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you fly over Costa Rica’s mountains and the pacific coast line.
- Upon arrival at Imiloa we will gather for delicious mocktails and enjoy a beautiful sunset, settle into your room, followed by a 3-course dinner.
- To end the evening we will drop in for a Sound Medicine Journey to prepare your body for deep relaxation so that you can fully enjoy your Embodied Goddess Retreat experience.
Day 2 | CONNECT
- Begin your first day at Imiloa with a hot beverage of your choice delivered to your doorstep.
- Enjoy gentle yin yoga, breathwork and meditation before heading to a delicious gourmet breakfast.
- After breakfast, join us for ceremonial cacao to open your heart in preparation for our morning workshop. We will focus on building safety and deep connection with each other, get clear on your heart’s deepest yearnings, and create an awareness of what’s ready to shift within you to embody your most expansive self.
- This afternoon, enjoy a dream life meditation to anchor you into the frequency of desire and your highest timeline.
- Then, take free time to hike our jungle trails, visit the waterfall, enjoy a massage, or venture down to the beach. The choice is yours.
- After dinner, take time to socialize, relax and receive the magic of Imiloa’s night time ambiance.
Day 3 | ACTIVATE
- After an energizing breakfast, we will start the day with a Wild Woman Activation movement practice that will invite you to drop out of your mind and deep into your body. This intuitive exploration will soften any rigidity in the body and reconnect you to your wild wisdom and ubridled power.
- After lunch, this afternoon you can decide if you want to hike our jungle trails, visit the waterfall or venture down to the beach or enjoy a full-body massage. The choice is yours.
- We will come together in the late afternoon for a grounding cacao ceremony to open the senses followed by a delicious 3-course dinner with a secret twist!
- After dinner, we invite you to slip into something that makes you feel delicious as we enter into a candlelit ceremony of Body Worship
Day 4 | PLEASURE + PLAY
- Wake up slowly and delight in the spaciousness and beauty of your surroundings.
- After breakfast, our workshop of the day is a sacred Blue Clay experience at our own waterfall. A clay that comes from the mountains near Imiloa that nourishes the body and spirit with its unique healing minerals.
- Take time to rest and clean up after lunch to prepare for our epic evening plans
- In the afternoon we will head down to the beach to elevate our retreat experience with a luxurious Dîner en Blanc (Dinner in white), beach party, bonfire, drumming circle, sunset, and ecstatic dance.
Day 5 | INTEGRATE
- Today we will start the morning with an intuitive movement practice to stretch, open the body, and integrate what is unfolding.
- After breakfast, discover how you can bring more pleasure, flow, and gratitude into the journey of building your business and day to day life through our Orgasmic Living Workshop
- Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool overlooking the ocean in sacred sisterhood followed by free time to explore, rest or receive a massage
- End our final evening with a Sound Medicine Journey to release and heal at a cellular level, anchoring into your next level of Embodied Goddess frequency
Day 6 | COMPLETE
- Enjoy one last breakfast together, group photo and goodbyes
- We will depart Imiloa around 9AM to take the private plane back to SJO.

Imiloa’s world-class spa is a curated, sensual and deeply moving experience. Choose from Ayurvedic massages and practices, to a shamanic masseuse from our team members who are from the Boruca indigenous tribe here in Costa Rica, to more traditional Swedish, relaxation or Thai yoga massages, body wraps and others. A full list of spa offerings and a link to book during your free time will be provided to you before you arrival.
LUXURY TRANSPORTATION
- Schedule your plane to arrive at SJO. In order to access your private plane charter, all guests must be at the Domestic Terminal at SJO San Jose, Costa Rica no later than 3PM on the arrival day.
- Once landed, proceed to customs and instructions will be provided to meet Imiloa concierge.
- Proceed to baggage claim with concierge and proceed to Domestic Terminal (3 minute walk from International Terminal). Please be at the Domestic Terminal at SJO San Jose, Costa Rica no later than 3PM on your day of arrival.
- Private Imiloa plane will be waiting to fly you to Quepos.
- Private ground transport shuttles will pick you up in Quepos and bring you to Imiloa.
- If you are already in Costa Rica, ground transport may be coordinated from Quepos, Dominical or Uvita as inclusive.
- Please do not plan to drive to Imiloa on your own. It is not permitted.
- If you need to arrive the day before, please stay at the Hampton Inn across from the airport, or plan to be in the San Jose Domestic Terminal for private flight to Imiloa by no later than 3PM (instructions will be emailed).
- On your final day, you will depart Imiloa at 9AM, and arrive at the landing strip at 9:30AM, with an estimated arrival to SJO airport at 10:30AM. The domestic terminal is a 5-10 minute walk to the international terminal at SJO. Typically, it is suggested to be at the international terminal 2.5 hours prior to your international departure. Please book your departing international flight accordingly, knowing that you will be at the airport at 10:30AM on departure day.
